The brief

TTSC needed a website, but a website alone wouldn't solve the real problems. Booking was manual, waivers were paper-based, membership tracking was scattered, and running events meant juggling multiple separate systems.

The requirement was a public website. What got built was a complete operational platform.

The approach

We started by understanding how the club actually operated day-to-day, not just what the website needed to look like. Every part of the system was designed around real workflows: how bookings happen, how waivers get signed, how memberships are managed.

Everything was built to talk to everything else. One platform. No re-entering data. No manual handoffs between systems.
